TERMS and CONDITIONS

Premises are let for holiday purposes only, for the period stated on your receipt.
A deposit of 50% is required within 14 days to confirm the booking, if not the booking will be cancelled without notification. Balance is due 1 month prior to your arrival date
Booking is confirmed upon payment of full deposit (paid by due date) Cancellations are refunded only if written notice is received 8 weeks prior to ingoing booking date, or if after this date the premises are relet for an equal number of days/dollar value. Cancellations are subject to a $20. Cancellation fee.
No refund on any unused portion of a confirmed holiday booking will be made.
A security deposit of $500.00 must be paid either with the balance or in cash when picking up the keys. The security deposit will be returned within 7-14 days subject to cleaners report and forwarded by post. All damage, breakages or losses to the property and/or furniture/furnishings are to be reported and paid for immediately. Furnishings and equipment must be left as originally found.
The property must be left clean and tidy and rubbish removed .If there is any additional cleaning required the cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
The lodge will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated at 10am and keys returned to the office by 10.15am on the day of departure. This is to allow the necessary time to clean the premises for the new incoming bookings.
The lodge is equipped for a specific number of people; it is against health regulations for more persons to occupy the property than there are beds, overcrowding will lead to termination of your booking.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances, if you are found in breach of this no pet rule; this will lead to the immediate termination of the holiday contract. A fumigation fee will be charged against your security deposit.
No smoking policy inside the house does apply.
